How is the process

A request of an exclusive theme will follow these steps:

• The customer fill out the service request form;
• Beyond Skins team review the request and send to the customer the link to order page, containing: the customer information request, the development time average, the cost, the number of layout options that will be given.
  
• To confirm the order, the customer has to make the payment of 30% of the total price.
• After the informed deadline, Beyond Skins team will send to the customer the link to the visualization of 2 different layout options based on the received briefing.
  
• After evaluating, the customer chooses 1 of the layouts option and informs Beyond Skins team by the page that the request was made.
• Beyond Skins team will develop the theme based on the chosen layout.
• The customer receives the link to do the remaining payment (70%), and after the payment, the link to download the exclusive theme.
  

What you will get

You will receive a zipped filesystem theme product, containg the option design approved, on the Plone version requested and tested on the primer web browsers.

You also will automatically get 15 hours of free support on this theme. These support hours should be used at most 2 months after the theme delivery.

The support include: visual adjustments to add-on products, Plone version adjustments and color/image/design adjustments on your theme.
